Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, your primary role is to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers through phone, chat, and email. Your tasks will include answering questions about orders and products, handling payment matters, and providing website guidance. You’ll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, ensuring effective communication with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Age: Minimum 18 years old
- Right to Work: Must have the right to work in India
- Language: Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Availability: Must be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours
- Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Workspace: Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office setup (desk and chair)
- Technical Requirements: Minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
